Moonlite Diner opened its doors in Fort Lauderdale in the early 1990s. Chef/Owner Kesi Dibrani set out to create more than a restaurant—he wanted a gathering place for families and friends to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner together. Inspired by the classic American diners of the 1950s, Moonlite Diner blends timeless recipes with a warm, nostalgic setting.
